The Site is an independent project. It is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with the City of Bay City, Bay County, the State of Michigan or any business, church, venue or organization listed. City information on the Site is a summary of public information, and the official City of Bay City website is the authoritative source for city services, permits, schedules and rules. No endorsements; contractors and services
Listings are provided for convenience and are not endorsements, recommendations or guarantees. This is especially true of contractors and other service providers. We do not verify licenses, insurance, quality or reputation. Before hiring anyone, get written quotes, check references and verify required licenses (for example with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs) and local permit requirements. Unless otherwise noted, the design, text, organization and original content of the Site are © Todd Allyn Media Inc. All rights reserved. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, scrape or sell substantial parts of the Site without written permission.
Photos and video. Photos and video credited on the Site come from Wikimedia Commons and are used under the Creative Commons or public-domain terms shown beside each item, with credit to the photographer. Those works belong to their creators and remain subject to their licenses. If you reuse them, follow the license linked in each credit. A full list is in the Photos section.
Business information and trademarks. Business names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to identify the businesses. Google and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC. City of Bay City information is summarized in our own words and links back to the official source.

Submissions
If you submit a business, event, correction or other content, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not violate anyone else's rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display, edit and use it on the Site. We may edit, decline or remove any submission at any time, and a submission does not guarantee a listing.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site. That includes trying to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, using automated tools to copy it in bulk, submitting false or misleading information, or using it for unlawful purposes.
